Functioning of Closed-end Investment Funds in Poland is regulated by the Polish law, in particular by the Investment Fund Act and other related implementing regulations.

Sharia investments

Many instruments on the Polish capital market do not ensure compliance with the Sharia Law. In short, this law prohibits driving income from interest or speculative activities. However, there are financial instruments that are regarded as correct.
